The first thing that must be bought is a rear-facing trainer. The selling price in the market is between 2,500-3,000 baht or can be 3-roller time, but it is not recommended for beginners learning to ride. The second is a speed sensor with built-in Bluetooth to connect with a mobile phone, smart phone, tablet, notebook or desktop computer about 800-1,000 baht, or if anyone has an ANT + speedometer already, then has to buy USB ANT +  that is a receiver that connects to a notebook or desktop computer, but can only connect with some mobile phones.

"Coach Tum" said that you then go to the Zwift application, which if you logged in with a tablet device or a desktop computer.  If you like, try signing up with Zwift, but you have to pay a membership fee of US $ 14.99 per month or around 500 baht. Tablet will spin for free for just 25 km.
